Privacy for scope requests

What this form records

Your email address, the tools involved, the problem and expected behavior you describe, a request reference, a timestamp, and an optional source label from the link you followed. This information is used to assess your request and discuss the work with you.

Where it goes

Requests are stored on the operator’s server in a database outside the public website. The form does not send workflow contents to an AI provider. AI-assisted work on any later sample is scoped with you separately. Hosting and Cloudflare process network traffic, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the site.

Retention and contact

New, quoted, and declined scope requests are removed after 30 days by the daily retention task. If a request becomes accepted work, agreed project and transaction records may be retained for delivery and accounting. To ask about your record or request deletion, submit a request headed “Privacy request” with your original reference and email. Identity will be checked before changing or disclosing a record.

No marketing subscription

This form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Do not include secrets, personal customer records, or sensitive information in your request.
